အသက် 26 နှစ်တွင် သူသည် ရိုးသားမှုနှင့် စေတနာအပြည့်ဖြင့် ကော်ပိုရိတ်လက်ဆောင်လုပ်ငန်းကို စတင်ခဲ့သည်။ သူသည် အိန္ဒိယတွင် ထိုအချိန်က ကော်ပိုရိတ်လက်ဆောင်ပေးသည့်လုပ်ငန်း၏ အလားအလာအမှန်ကို နားလည်သူအနည်းငယ်သာရှိသော ဤနယ်ပယ်တွင် ရှေ့ဆောင်ဖြစ်သည်။

အသက် ၄၅ နှစ်ခန့်သည် ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ အချိန်ပြည့် ဒါရိုက်တာဖြစ်သည်။ သူမသည် ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ Promoters များထဲမှ တစ်ဦးဖြစ်သည်။ သူမသည် University of delhi မှ MBA ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီး 22 နှစ်ကျော်ရှိသည်။ Marketing နှင့် Human Resource Development ဆိုင်ရာ မူဝါဒများ ချမှတ်ခြင်း နယ်ပယ်တွင် နှစ်ပေါင်းများစွာ အတွေ့အကြုံ ကြွယ်ဝသူ။

Our younger son, Madhav Bansal, achieved an extraordinary milestone by becoming the Delhi State Topper in the IIT-JEE Main 2024 examination. He secured an All India Rank (AIR) of 5 among more than 1.4 million students who appeared for the exam. He is currently pursuing a B.Tech in Maths & Computing Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.
His elder brother also has an outstanding academic record, having completed his Electronics Engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi. Through campus placement, he joined NVIDIA Corporation in Bengaluru on 20 July 2025. NVIDIA is widely regarded as one of the world's most valuable technology companies and a global leader in AI and accelerated computing.
This remarkable achievement reflects the family's strong commitment to academic excellence, hard work, and innovation.
